Activities for the event include:

  • A voucher distribution to the first 500 fans for two compact fluorescent light bulbs.
  • “Green Tips” displayed on the jumbotron throughout the game.
  • Players wearing shooting shirts featuring a green logo.
  • Recycling awareness videos featuring STUFF the Magic mascot.

The Orlando Magic continue a company-wide initiative highlighted by having the first LEED Certified designed and constructed professional basketball arena. Ongoing green activities include an in-game recycling program with Waste Management and a continued partnership with "Rock and Wrap it Up" to deliver leftover food to shelters.
